Major Growth, Exciting Product Reported At This Year’s The Rug Show In LA

“Thank you, LA!” Organizers of The Rug Show in LA sent a big shout of thanks to the exhibitors and buyers who traveled from across the country to participate in this spring’s event held April 3-5, 2016 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

The Rug Show in LA has grown into national platform, with some of the world’s preeminent rug artisans exhibiting their newest and most exquisite pieces for discerning buyers. This spring 2016 was no exception.

A true celebration of art, innovation and style, buyers were treated to the finest hand-knotted rugs from around the world. Artful abstract looks were joined by studies in texture, explosions of color, tribal effects from Afghanistan and Morocco and many new styles that quite simply defy labels.

The next ‘edition’ of The Rug Show takes place Sept. 10-13, 2016 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. Buyers in search of the most important and pivotal rug creations on the global stage today, are urged to attend. The Rug Show in LA returns in spring 2017, promising a groundbreaking, couture selection of rug fashions that rival anything in the world.
