Capel Rugs has released a new print and online catalog for dealer, designer and consumer use showcasing its entire 2015 line.

Designed with a theme of “Adventures In Color & Texture,” the comprehensive, 268-page catalog opens with a dramatic cover image of a caravan tent filled with cozy furnishings, including an eye-catching Capel rug. The theme continues on the inside pages, where full-page lifestyle vignettes of beach scenes, backyard decks, sun porches and a variety of stunning interiors show how Capel Rugs add color, texture and zest to any setting. More than 240 new designs in all are featured.

“Our 2015 Capel catalog aims to be a one-stop shopping source for retailers, designers and consumers that’s both easy to use and full of information,” said Mary Clara Capel, director of administration and Canadian sales. “At the same time, our catalog is designed to serve as a source for inspiration and engagement. The catalog’s fresh, fashion-driven design approach features an extensive selection of new room scenes and a wealth of helpful tools to make it easier than ever for customers to identify the best rug for any application.”

High Point Market attendees can be the first to get their copy of the catalog when they visit the Capel Rugs showroom at Market Square, Space 112 from April 18 to 23.

The catalog’s opening pages are devoted to the company’s highly successful licensing program, where a special section highlights the Biltmore® For Your Home, COCOCOZY, Genevieve Gorder, Hable Construction, Kevin O’Brien Studio and WILLIAMSBURG® collections. The rest of the catalog is organized by product type, with a series of sections spotlighting the company’s five signature constructions – Braided, Flat Woven, Hand Knotted, Hand Tufted and Machine Woven designs.

Outdoor styles also are the topic of a section, and the catalog also includes details about useful sales tools and display systems available to retailers carrying the Capel line.

In addition, this year’s catalog contains a colorful, two-sided, pull-out poster that promotes the company’s wide range of constructions and color palettes. Measuring two feet by three feet, the poster is suitable for in-store display.

To simplify shopping, Capel’s new catalog incorporates easy-to-recognize graphic icons at the top of pages that identify Capel Anywhere™ indoor/outdoor styles, Made in N.C. rugs, Made in the U.S.A. offerings and Price Pleaser designs. Special “Style Tip” boxes provide additional insights into the most effective ways to incorporate rugs into today’s living spaces.

QR codes also can be found throughout the catalog, providing readers with easy access to more online information about Capel’s fashion-savvy styles through videos, websites and blogs.
