Capel Announces Williamsburg Getaway Contest

Capel Rugs is holding a special “WILLIAMSBURG® getaway” contest and ice cream party during the High Point Market on Monday, October 20.

The contest prize includes a two-night deluxe stay for two people at the Williamsburg Lodge in Williamsburg, Virginia, daily breakfast at the Traditions Restaurant, Colonial Williamsburg admission for two, two Tavern refillable mugs, $100 resort activities card and gift bag of WILLIAMSBURG® products. The prize is valid anytime between January 5 and June 30, 2015.

Retailers enter the “WILLIAMSBURG® getaway” contest by submitting a business card during a visit to the Capel showroom on Monday, October 20. The prize will be awarded in a raffle at the end of the day as part of an ice cream party that Capel is holding from 2 to 5 p.m. The party will feature vanilla, chocolate and butter pecan ice cream – Bruster’s three top flavors.

During their showroom visit, retailers will have a chance to see the latest additions to Capel’s WILLIAMSBURG® “trend meets tradition” line of licensed rug designs. This market’s featured introductions include Fretwork, a classic, interlaced decorative design. Hand tufted of 70% wool and 30% viscose, Fretwork is available in three fashionable colorways – light blue, putty and seaglass.

Also new this market is Gainsborough, a lovely floral design hand tufted in India of 100% wool with laurel, porcelain and silver birch hues.
