Capel Rolls Out Dealer Support Program At April High Point

Capel Rugs is rolling out a customer care program for retailers at the High Point Market in April with the introduction of “Uniquely Capel.”

“Uniquely Capel” is designed to give retailers a unique market experience as a way to demonstrate how Capel Rugs goes the extra mile to meet retailers’ unique needs. Dealers who schedule appointments with their Capel Rug reps will have the opportunity to relax and recharge their personal and electronic batteries in the company’s showroom with amenities such as chair massages provided by licensed massage therapists and charging stations for mobile devices.

“We are excited about the rollout of “Uniquely Capel,” says Cameron Capel, vice president of national accounts for Capel Rugs. “This campaign is all about making our dealers’ jobs and lives easier. We want to give them a unique experience at market that is welcoming and supportive and shows how much we value their relationship. We want them talking about their experience with us, not just our great products and services.”

For nearly 100 years, Capel points out, Capel Rugs has distinguished itself by making it easy for dealers to select, order and receive Capel rugs with such conveniences such as a dedicated sales force to meet the dealer’s individual needs, availability of one-of-a-kind rugs and exclusive designs, flexible inventory, access to celebrity designers, dealer discounts, and, most recently, ease of online ordering and on-demand shipping.

Massage therapists will be available at the Capel Rug showroom during market from 9 am – 5 pm, April 16 – 19.
