COCOCOZY Designer Coco Holding Market ‘Meet and Greet’ in Capel Rugs Showroom

POPULAR DESIGNER, BLOGGER LAUNCHING NEW CUSTOM RUG PROGRAM AT HIGH POINT MARKET

TROY, N.C. — Home furnishings designer and blogger Coco will make a special appearance in the Capel Rugs showroom from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 23, to launch the latest additions to her popular COCOCOZY collection of fashion-forward rugs.

New additions to Capel’s COCOCOZY line include a major new custom rug collection called Color Block. In addition, COCOCOZY is introducing a new machine woven design in four color ways called Finesse Tower Court and two hand tufted designs called Glace and River.

Known for sharing effortlessly cool interiors on her blog, COCOCOZY, Coco translated her unique graphic design aesthetic into her first rug collection for Capel in 2013. Ranging from the bold to the demure, Coco defines her aesthetic as “a living, breathing style that is open to new ideas and new concepts — always.”

A Los Angeles native, Coco leads a double life: an executive by day and an interior design blogger and home furnishings designer by night. When Coco began blogging in 2008, her goal was simple: to provide design and style inspiration with a personal and sometimes humorous approach. Little did she know her COCOCOZY blog would become so popular. In addition to the thousands who come to her blog on a daily basis, pop star Katy Perry and interior design guru Jonathan Adler both named COCOCOZY as one of their favorite interior design blogs in InStyle magazine.

In January of 2011, less than three years after the launch of the blog, Coco took her passion one step further as she introduced the COCOCOZY textiles collection to the home furnishings market. Today, in addition to rugs, the collection features luxury pillows, throws, bedding and accessories all designed by Coco and manufactured (all or partially) in the United States.
