CEU Events Slated For October High Point Market
Showrooms in the Hamilton-Wrenn Design District will feature high-end product debuts and an assortment of CEU-accredited events at High Point Fall Market, running Oct. 13 – Oct. 17, 2018. Located in the center of the Hamilton-Wrenn Design District, the 200/320/330 North Hamilton showrooms include furnishings for nearly every room of the home, as well as customizable lines that allow retailers and designers to differentiate their store or studio portfolio. The showrooms are easy to access by trolley or foot and are a design destination for many marketgoers.
Alden Parkes, located at 200 N. Hamilton St. – Court 110, offers a diverse selection of upscale upholstery, occasional tables, dining, cabinetry, bedrooms, mirrors, accessories and lighting. For Fall Market, Alden Parkes is showcasing numerous introductions including the Triangle Sideboard, Fortuna Nightstand, Williams Sideboard, Savannah Dresser and Suffolk Work Station.
Also new this Market, Alden Parkes is presenting “Showhouse in a Showroom,” featuring the work of eight interior designers from seven firms. The participating designers include: Billy Ceglia, Jeanne Chung of Cozy Stylish Chic, Kara Cox, Cynthia Ferguson, Shay Geyer of IBB Design, Jeanine Hays and Bryan Mason of AphroChic, and Kimberly Perron of Resort at Home. The event begins on Thursday, Oct. 11 and runs through Wednesday, Oct. 17. The Alden Parkes showroom is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Rooted in classic design, Chelsea House, located at 200 N. Hamilton St. – Court 104, offers an extensive line of furniture, lighting, art, mirrors and decorative accessories. For October Market, Chelsea House is introducing accent and home décor products including the Hopper Lamp, Large Matte White Hive Urn and Green Table.
