Cibor Steps Down As Tamarian President/Owner
In a letter to customers, Tamarian announced that company owner and president Steve Cibor is stepping down. Ryan Higgins, his long-time friend and associate, will be heading the company as new owner. Text of the letter is as follows:
Dear friends,
Thank you for another great year and for such a wonderful adventure these past 25 years.
When I first started Tamarian, I could not have imaged beyond my wildest dreams that we would have made such great friends and we would have grown into what we are today.
I could not be happier or prouder to announce that after all these many years I am handing over the reins to my closest friend, Ryan, who will be with you and Tamarian on all the new and wondrous adventures to come.
In vino veritas,
Steve
(And now, a few words from Ryan…)
It is equally as hard for me to believe how quickly time has flown.
I am forever grateful for the trust Steve has put into me to carry Tamarian forward into the future. We owe him our existence for laying the cornerstone of the company, and a good amount of money for selling it to me! He will always remain close to my heart and part of our DNA, and I will rely on him to provide the valuable advice and support in the coming days and years.
Despite the changing landscape of the industry, the core foundation of who we are remains strong, and will provide the base from which we will build into this new generation. I view you, our clients and manufacturers, as the two pillars through which we pass, and so I renew our commitment to you as we chart our course to the future!
Love and light,
Ryan
