Feizy Partners With GFC

Feizy Rugs is pleased to announce a year-long partnership with The Global Fund for Children (GFC).   The company has announced that it will donate a percentage of all market sales written in the Feizy Rugs Showrooms during each of the upcoming markets during the next twelve months to benefit marginalized children in more than 60 countries. Feizy is a member of the ORIA
The Global Fund for Children is a unique organization that finds and invests in community-based groups worldwide to transform the lives of children on the edges of society – trafficked children, refugees, child laborers – and help them regain their rights and reach their potential.  GFC seeks out innovative and emerging groups and invests in these undercapitalized organizations that provide critical services to children at the local level.  With grantees in North America, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean, their approach tackles local issues but their impact is global.
“We are proud to partner with The Global Fund for Children to offer assistance to underserved children and youth worldwide,” said John Feizy, Founder and CEO.  “Their unique vision, dedication and approach to creating stable, relevant and vital resources upon which children can build better lives is nothing short of inspiring and amazing.”
Recipient of the prestigious Financial Times Seasonal Appeal, GFC has raised and distributed over $25 million to 500 dynamic organizations benefiting 8 million children, since its founding in 1997. By offering management assistance, capacity building, and networking opportunities these local grantees become sustainable resources in their communities.
“The Global Fund for Children is excited to partner with Feizy Rugs and we sincerely appreciate their generosity,” said Kristin Lindsey, CEO of The Global Fund for Children. “We admire their 40-year commitment to global philanthropy. Through this partnership, we will multiply the impact of GFC programs, creating life-changing opportunities for children and communities who need it most.”
