Feizy To Unveil Trends Collection At High Point
Feizy Rugs is kicking off a new concept – Trends – at this April’s High Point market. Feizy Trends is a limited offering of the most stylish and sought-after designs of today. Because the pieces are geared toward today’s trends, there is a limited inventory. The Feizy Trends grouping will evolve constantly as styles change and will be offered only at the High Point, Dallas and Las Vegas markets. Feizy is a member of the ORIA.
“It’s no secret that Feizy Rugs has always been on the leading edge of fashion in the industry,” said John Feizy, President and CEO. “Our Trends pieces will allow our customers that act quickly to benefit from the immediate availability of inventory on cutting-edge designs in the most fashionable palettes.”
The selection will span the spectrum of styles and color palettes. In addition to the Feizy Trends debut, several collections and designs will be making their High Point debuts.
One new colorway, silver/gray, has been added to the popular Bamboo Lattice Collection (right). Stalks of bamboo are interlaced to form a screen pattern, hand knotted in the finest wool and art silk. The plush hand characteristic of Tibetan knotted pieces is enhanced with a special wash to create an even softer pile.
The Tesoro Collections are sublimely beautiful in their simplicity. Hand knotted in three different fiber combinations (100% wool, wool and bamboo silk or 100% bamboo silk), classic damask patterns are given a spin with updated palettes and lustrous piles. Suited to traditional, transitional and contemporary settings alike, the closely-shorn piles, timeless designs and on-trend colors create settings of peaceful elegance.
One new design has been added to the ultra-luxe Ouray Collection of fine rugs. Best described as opulent, the Ouray Collection translates traditional designs into today’s colors using the most luxurious fiber—hand spun silk. Very finely woven, the pale palettes and shorn piles of these pure silk rugs emit a luminous glow. The intricate designs vanish and reappear as the light plays against the direction of the silk. Such dazzling pieces are a rarity.
Several additions have also been made to the Feizy Home’s Rivington and Starnes collections. First introduced in August 2011, these two collections of power loomed polypropylene rugs have been wildly successful. By popular demand, Feizy’s designers expanded the collections after their successful debuts.
The company invites buyers to visit their showroom, located at 145 Market Square for a tour of the new introductions April 21st through April 26th. Happy Hour will be held nightly from 4 pm- 7 pm.
