Nourison Teams With Christopher Guy For Luxury Line

Nourison has announced the launch of a new partnership with world-renowned luxury furnishings designer Christopher Guy to produce a luxurious collection of handmade area rugs.

“To enhance the CG lifestyle collection there was a need for me to design beautiful rugs based on my own personal interpretation of how Coco Chanel’s home may have looked like if she were with us today” said Christopher Guy Harrison, founder and CEO of Christopher Guy. “Nourison is a giant in our industry, whose craftsmanship and quality is second to none, and therefore creates the perfect partnership for Christopher Guy.”

“Christopher’s unique vision has created some of the most beautiful and elegant pieces in the home furnishings industry,” said Alex Peykar, principal at Nourison. “His inspiration helped us create gorgeous area rugs, with texture and depth to compliment and accent his home lifestyle collections.”

The Christopher Guy Area Rug Collection by Nourison will launch with 38 handmade area rugs, woven from the finest fibers such as New Zealand Wool, silk and mohair. Each rug is designed with Christopher Harrison’s signature look, fusing classic and contemporary elements and completes the Christopher Guy lifestyle. Each individual rug is a work of art and will make a statement in many upscale interior spaces.

The Christopher Guy Area Rug Collection by Nourison will be sold globally and can be seen in both Nourison and Christopher Guy showrooms.
