Nourison’s Features Prismatic Collection At AD Show

Nourison highlighted the Prismatic area rug and Manhattan broadloom carpet collections at the Architectural Digest Design Show at Booth 419 at Pier 94 in NYC. The vibrant colors and 3D-like designs of the Prismatic rugs captured the attention of interior designers, who made up the majority of attendees visiting Nourison’s booth.

The Prismatic rug PRS04 Seaglass, was the first from the collection to be introduced, and was featured in Nourison’s “Underwater Fantasy” installation by Tyler Wisler at DIFFA DINING BY DESIGN 2016. The entire Prismatic Collection was launched during High Point Market in April 2016, with the most recent designs, PRS08 Multicolor and PRS09 Silver Blue, on view at the show.

The most frequently asked question at the show centered on where Nourison manufactures their rugs. Most of the rugs are manufactured overseas in China, India and Turkey. The second most popular question pertained to rug fiber content and construction.

Interior designers were introduced to Nourison’s broadloom carpet collections, including the ultra-chic Manhattan Collection with striking in designs in subtle tonal contrasts.
