Vegas Market Partners With HSRA For Summer Events

Las Vegas Market announced a new partnership with the Home Staging and Redesign Association (HSRA), adding to the available education and networking events at the Summer 2018 Las Vegas Market, running from July 29 to Aug. 2.

During Summer Market, HSRA owner and founder Jana Uselton will present two sessions highlighting residential construction and interiors.

“Power Hour: Design Trends for New Homes” will address key features home builders are incorporating into new homes that impact furniture, art and accessory choices. The session is scheduled for 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 31, in the Pavilions Seminar Room. A question and answer portion will follow the presentation.

“Power Hour: Home Staging & Property Styling Tips & Techniques” will provide insight on how to prepare homes for sale using furniture, art and accessories from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 1, in the Building C Seminar Room, C174.

The Las Vegas Market will also provide other seminars and special events, including the Las Vegas Market Members’ Club. The Members’ Club is a place for trade association partners to participate in informal chat discussions, meet with buyers or vendors, exchange and provide business information, and educate potential and current members.

“Our trade association, CRAFT, promotes the making, selling and buying of handmade American products, and our members come to Las Vegas Market to find a wide array of textiles, pottery, glass and jewelry, as well as two-dimensional artwork from American makers,” said Diane Sulg, executive director of the CRAFT Retailers’ Association for Tomorrow. “By its nature, handmade work is unique and offers superior craftsmanship. My role is to help the makers of these treasures connect with the buyers who want their inventory to be inventive and distinct. At the Las Vegas Market Members’ Club, our discussions will center on themes that enhance this seller-buyer relationship.”
